Last Thursday, CLIC filed an amicus brief with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, supporting many of the key findings of fact that the FCC made in its February 26, 2015 order in support of Wilson, North Carolina and Chattanooga EPB.
Among other things, CLIC noted the substantial data that supports the FCC’s findings that unhindered local choice in Internet and broadband support the national interest in deployment of advanced communications networks to all Americans.
